Coffin Bay Valentine Oysters, sashimi of kingfish, jamon, crispy skinned pork fillet, Coorong Angus with Morten Bay bugs, zucchini flower and brie tart followed by summer pudding or burnt marmalade ice cream with citrus curd.
Dishes are creative and accessible but quintessentially Australian with influences from Asia and the Mediterranean. The food is fresh and seasonal, sourcing much local produce from the growers, breeders and winemakers along the Fleurieu Peninsula and all over South Australia.
The Wine List
The wine list has been perfectly crafted by wine connoisseur Doug Govan of the Victory Hotel. It's a blend of predominantly local wine with a top-up from various regions around Australia and the world. It is currently a little unbalanced, but according to Doug, so is he, so it's a work in progress!
